We allow our images to be used on items for resale as long as everything is hand stamped and coloured. Please do not reproduce any of our images electronically or mechanically, by means of computer or copy machines

Whiff of Joy - Elisabeth Bell
Artist, Elisabeth Bell, welcomes all who would like to use her stamp images in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce to sell (please see terms below). Therefore, permission is granted in the form of a limited license to use any Elisabeth Bell stamp images for the purpose of creating craftwork for sale, under the following criteria:
· Each craftwork created for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying.
· Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of hand-stamped craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited.
· All Elisabeth Bell images are copyrighted, which means that they must not be copied without express written consent from the artist.

  The following restrictions apply to Elisabeth Bell Stamps 
1. Each project should be crafted by the individual and must be hand stamped.
2. Any artwork created using Elisabeth Bell designs must not infringe third-party copyrighted material. The artist must accept full responsibility for his or her artwork.
3. Electronic, mechanical, freehand, or graphic reproduction (such as scanning or photocopying) is strictly prohibited.
4. The selling of Elisabeth Bell stamped images is strictly prohibited.
5. A maximum of 100 hand-stamped items is permitted for sales purposes by the artist individual.
6. Decoupage or use of Elisabeth Bell stamp images/designs on materials other than handmade cards is permissible for personal keepsakes ONLY and NOT on items intended for sale.
7. Credit for the stamped images and © Elisabeth Bell by Whiff of Joy appear on the back of your items.
8. Elisabeth Bell and Whiff of Joy may amend these policies governing the use of her copyrighted designs and images, including the Angel Policy, at any time. Amendments to such policies are effective upon publication unless otherwise noted and will be posted on the official Elisabeth Bell or Whiff of Joy website. The Artist (Elisabeth Bell) reserves the right to deny or terminate permission to use Elisabeth Bell designs and images with respect to any particular person.

Daisy & Dandelion - (Do crafts)
Daisy & Dandelion Craft Products can be used for producing cards & projects for resale in a limited quantity up to a maximum of 100 in a year.
For Daisy & Dandelion stamps, you can make up to 50 cards of the same design using the Daisy & Dandelion stamps. You must then change your design, maybe by repositioning the stamp images and colours. You MAY NOT copy the stamps to reproduce stamps for sale. 
With other Daisy & Dandelion crafting products (for example stickers, decoupage, embossed transfers) you may make cards and sell them (with a maximum restriction as above), but you MAY NOT copy the designs and make other stickers and products as it is the designs that are under copyright.
Similar restrictions apply for printed papers and other products not previously mentioned within the range.

General Guidelines:
Daisy & Dandelion crafting products can be used for resale up to a maximum of 100 cards in a year.
Please note the following guidelines when considering the use of our products for resale

2. Our products are protected by copyright law and our artwork may not be altered or mechanically reproduced or copied by any means including, without limitation, photocopying, computer scanning and printing, using overhead or opaque projectors for enlarging or hand-copying images etc.).
3. DOCRAFTS or Daisy & Dandelion artwork, trademarks, logos, etc. may not be used or incorporated into a company or personal logo, trademark, or trade name.
4. None of our products should be used in any manner that is, or may be considered to be harmful to DOCRAFTS
5. No product may be used in any other way that implies an endorsement of your items by, or affiliation with DOCRAFTS
6. These guidelines may be modified from time to time at our discretion.

Sugar Nellie
Angel Policy Sugar Nellie welcomes artists who would like to use our stamp images in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce to sell. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited license to use any Sugar Nellie stamp images for the purpose of creating craftwork for sale, under the following criteria:Each craftwork created for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying. Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of hand-stamped craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited. This includes selling stamped sheets. All Sugar Nellie images are copyrighted, which means that they may not be copied without permission. We will ship all Sugar Nellie Stamps worldwide

Joanna Sheen
As I am a crafter, I hope I understand well what you want from your craft purchases and our policy reflects this. All our CDs and rubber stamps are fine to use to make complete handmade cards for profit, for friends and family or for charities.
This policy is to enable crafters to make as many hand-made cards as they like and sell them or give them away etc. However it is not allowed to sell ready stamped images or any other part finished products from our stamps. Likewise for the CDs it’s fine to sell your cards but not to print off sheets of toppers or backing papers and sell these – complete cards only are allowed under the copyright agreement.
It is not ok to sell downloads of any of our products whether it is from a CD or rubber stamped images. But for the average crafter our policies hold no restrictions, just enjoy making handmade cards and if you want to sell them that’s fine.

Paper Makeup Stamps
We are thrilled if you'd like to use our stamps when making cards and other crafting projects.  If you would like to use our stamps for your own business (selling at craft fairs, boutiques, etsy, etc), then we're honored!  Please credit the company as the stamp manufacturer whenever possible.  Also, all images must be hand stamped and not reproduced or copied in any form by any means (mechanical, graphic, electronic including photocopying, scanning, etc) with the exception of digi stamps which of course may be printed only but not in batches larger than 20 please.  Selling images alone is STRICTLY prohibited whether hand stamped or printed. The stamped image must be attached to a finished piece of work.
Digital images may be resized and used as you would like for any papercraft project.  If you find something to add or need to remove, this is also fine.  Altering rubber images is also fine so long as it is something you can physically alter (masking, paperpiecing, etc).
PMS designs may not be used for logos, trademarks, quickpages or put into kits and sold under another name.  If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to email us!

Pink Gem Designs
You may use our stamps and downloadable digital images for any projects that you wish to sell on or provide as gifts but all artwork must be individually hand stamped or printed
There are no limits to the number of projects that you can make
We would ask that you acknowledge Pink Gem Designs when selling on your creations although this is not essential
You must not use our products to produce images and sell them yourself
You must not reproduce our images by any means including but not limited to mechanical, electronic or photocopying methods as this would be in breach of our copyright

Forever Friends - Do-crafts
Forever Friends are delighted with the enthusiasm shown towards the Forever Friends TM crafting products. They have been designed with you in mind, for your use, your enjoyment and your own personal expression.
To ensure that all parties are protected from the misuse of images, Forever Friends has created an angel policy for when using their copyrighted product designs. This policy has not been designed to inhibit your creativity, and will in fact help protect the crafting industry, by ensuring that crafters, who want to sell their hand made products, can do so without fear of competing with mass produced versions of the same image. It also protects the designer so that they can continue to provide a wide range of interesting and innovative designs.
General Guidelines:
With Forever Friends cards, these are normally only sold only for personal and non-commercial use.
Forever Friends do not object to the use of their products for resale in a limited quantity up to a maximum of 100 cards in a year.

Paper Artsy
We are an Angel PLUS Company !
Our policy is unique in that we DO allow mechanical reproduction. Why? Because we want to encourage you to have freedom to express yourself artistically in unique ways.
This means you CAN scan you stamped images, or art to create images larger or smaller, so you can work to scale for large or miniature projects. It also means you CAN use our images in your digital art! We want our customers to experience freedom of expression which allows you to use our rubber in an 'outside the box' kind of way... so go for it!
There are some conditions you need to be aware of.
This policy does not allow mechanical mass production of more than 5 items for re-sale. That is to say you cannot use our mechanically reproduced images to benefit yourself commercially. Hand stamped items for cottage industry re-sale is permitted.

Stampin' Up
Stampin’ Up! welcomes artists who would like to use our stamp images in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce to sell. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited licence to use any Stampin’ Up! stamp images for the purpose of creating craftworks for sale under the following criteria:
1. Each craftwork created for sale must be personally and individually hand-stamped by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means—graphic, electronic, or mechanical—including photocopying. Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of hand-stamped craftwork for sale is strictly prohibited.
2. All of Stampin’ Up!’s images are copyrighted, meaning that they may not be copied without permission. To help protect the rights granted by these copyrights, all craftwork created for sale using Stampin’ Up! images must be marked with one of the images from the official Stampin’ Up! Limited Licence stamp sets shown in the Idea Book & Catalogue.
3. There are no quantity limits on for-sale, hand-stamped craftworks that abide by the restrictions as stated in this policy.
4. Completed, hand-stamped projects may be sold at competitive and non-competitive retail locations, temporary craft events, community fundraisers, and over the Internet. In selling hand-stamped projects, the seller must make it clear that the items are hand-made, and not a product of the company. The seller may indicate the supplies used are from Stampin' Up!, but the Stampin' Up! logo may not be used in any way for the sole purpose of promoting the sale of hand-stamped projects.  
5. Stampin’ Up! images may not be used to create logos or trademarks.
. Persons creating hand-stamped items for sale are responsible for complying with any applicable business and tax regulations.
7. Persons participating in this Angel Policy assume all liability for suitability of their work and agree to indemnify Stampin’ Up! and its artists from disputes arising from their work.
8. Stampin’ Up! UK Limited is incorporated in the United Kingdom. The laws of England and Wales shall govern this policy. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceeding arising from this policy. Any failure by Stampin’ Up! to enforce any of its rights will not constitute a waiver  of such rights.

The Greeting Farm - (Anya & Ian etc)
Please give image credit when possible and please to do not mechanically/electronically reproduce the images in any way. You may not sell stamped images of our stamps. All artwork and stamps are original creations and copyrighted. You may use the stamps to make and sell home-made cards and altered items. You may also submit your creations to crafty magazines as long as proper crediting is given.

Lili of the Valley
Yes. You are allowed to sell finished cards made using Lili of the Valley products, on a small scale, for personal profit or to raise funds for charities, schools and clubs. You are not permitted to reproduce or copy Lili of the Valley designs and products. You are also not permitted to sell black and white or coloured handstamped images of Lili of the Valley stamps (which are not made into finished cards).
