Returns

  • Please see the Terms & Conditions for full details on returning items. Under section Cancellation.
  • If you are not happy with a product please return the good(s) to us within 7 working days for either a replacement, refund or a credit note. (If a non refundable deposit has been made you will receive the difference).
  • The buyer is responsible for incurring the postage charge to return the good(s) to us. We recommend that you use recorded delivery or above to ensure that the parcel reaches us, as Ellephantastic Cards & Crafts cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us.
  • Items returned must be received by us undamaged.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any good(s) that are returned damaged.
  • If the items you have received are incorrect/faulty/damaged goods please contact us within 3 days of receipt by email.
